Living with RSD Course
About Course
Welcome to Living With RSD, a course about the way rejection sensitivity can affect life with ADHD, and the skills that can make those experiences easier to manage.
Support, at your own pace
We will work through real situations, understand what happens when rejection feels close, and learn ways to respond without allowing an upsetting moment to take over the rest of the day. Everything here is designed as a supportive learning opportunity, with practical coaching exercises that give you time to explore your own experiences.
Begin with the introduction, then work through the eight lessons and their matching worksheets. The course includes approximately 46 minutes of video, a recovery plan and a 21-day evening journal.
About this learning resource
Before we begin, there are a few important things to know. Rejection sensitive dysphoria, or RSD, is a term people use to describe intense distress around real or perceived rejection, criticism and disapproval. It is not a separate formal diagnosis in the DSM-5, and this course cannot diagnose ADHD, RSD, or any other mental health condition. Coaching and self-guided learning can be useful alongside professional care, but they do not replace assessment, therapy, medication advice, or treatment from a qualified clinician.
